Changbai Mountain in winter dons a pristine white wedding gown, breathtakingly beautiful. It boasts not only stunning scenery but is also a paradise for skiing enthusiasts.

Helpful Tips Before Your Trip: Winter temperatures in Changbai Mountain are low, especially on the mountain itself. Friends from the south, please be sure to prepare warm clothing. Additionally, we recommend bringing sunglasses to protect your eyes from sunlight reflecting off the snow.

Remember to bring moisturizing skincare products to prevent dryness and skin damage. Carry lip balm and apply it frequently. You can also use a moisturizing mask at night to replenish your skin's moisture.

Changbai Mountain has several hot spring resorts. Those interested can prepare their swimwear in advance to enjoy the comfort and relaxation of the hot springs.

Itinerary:

◾️Day 1: Changchun - Jilin 👉🏻 Take the high-speed train directly from Changchun to Jilin, beginning your city adventure. Visit the Catholic Church, Changbai Island, and the West Railway Station designed by Lin Huiyin.

◾️Day 2: Jilin City Tour 👉🏻 Follow the "Jilin City Tour" rime ice forecast and head to Ashi Xiaowusong Island to admire the spectacular rime ice. You can also experience skiing at Songhua Lake and enjoy the dazzling lights of the town's cafes and Christmas trees at night.

◾️Day 3: Jilin - Changbai Mountain 👉🏻 Start the day by experiencing the lively atmosphere of the Northeast morning market in Hunchun Street. Then, drive or take the high-speed train to Changbai Mountain to soak in the outdoor hot springs in winter.

◾️Day 4: Changbai Mountain Tianchi Tour 👉🏻 Depart early in the morning for the Magic World Rafting. Remember to dress warmly. Afterwards, head to Changbai Mountain Tianchi (Heavenly Lake). The North Slope route is recommended for its beautiful scenery. If roads are closed due to heavy snow, skiing can be an alternative.

◾️Day 5: Changbai Mountain - Erdaobaihe - Laolike Lake 👉🏻Visit the Erdaobaihe Waterfall, the snowman at Zhihe, Shile Cafe, and other popular photo spots. Then head to Laolike Lake and check into a local guesthouse.

◾️Day 7: Yanji - Return Trip 👉🏻In the morning, experience the lively atmosphere of the floating market, then take a walk along the river. Enjoy local delicacies in Yanji city, concluding your pleasant trip.

Transportation Guide:

◾️High-speed rail is available between Changchun, Jilin, Changbai Mountain, and Yanji, offering stunning scenery along the way.

◾️The distance from Changbai Mountain Station to Wanda Resort is quite far; taxis are recommended. Chartering a car is an option between Changbai Mountain and Yanji.

Driving in winter requires snow tires and snow driving experience. Reduce speed and be wary of black ice.

Clothing Guide:

◾️Outerwear: Fleece-lined thermal underwear + sweater + down jacket/wool coat

◾️Bottoms: Thermal pants (500g or more) + spring/autumn skir

◾️Accessories: Fleece-lined gloves, earmuffs, and a scarf – essential for warmth.
