Ascendia Tour's operating structure includes 南京高恒文化传媒有限公司, Ascendia Limited, and 南京国际旅行社有限责任公司. Ascendia Limited issues itinerary confirmation documents; the actual receiving entity provides payment receipts as required, and the licensed local travel agency that actually operates the services issues a separate travel contract. Trips are operated by properly licensed partner travel agencies, with the specific service provider subject to the confirmed arrangements.
Offices
The Nanjing headquarters is located at Rooms 601–606, Block A, Dexuan Real Estate Center, No. 150 Fengtai South Road, Yuhuatai District, Nanjing, Jiangsu Province; the Hong Kong branch office is located at 7/F Good Hope Building, 612–618 Nathan Road, Mongkok, Kowloon. There is no physical office in Malaysia; consultations are conducted online via WhatsApp.
